Netcraft has released an anti-phishing toolbar the IE version is available for download right now, while a Firefox extension is in the works. There is a short tutorial here on how to use this tool bar to detect and report fake sites.
this tool bar shows alerts when a blocked site is being accessed (see screenshot below)
